-What is it?!

The goal is to get 30 minutes of movement EVERY DAY in January on top of your normal daily activities.

-Who can participate?! Everyone!

Anyone can join our challenge. AND if you want some extra motivation we invite you to become a VIP challenger!

-How do I become a VIP challenger?!

You will pay $20 to enter before January 1st. Your goal is to post on our Move Every Day group page each day what activity you are doing that day. When you post every day in January you will automatically win an exclusive Move Every Day T-shirt created by JK Vinyl AND be entered to win a $200 cash prize!

We will be posting each day what type of movement we are doing, along with extra motivation and encouragement. We cannot wait to get started!
