Labor Day Workout: 

  • Row 1,000 Meters 
  • Bike 2 miles

    10 rounds: 
  • 10 Push up 
  • 15 Sit 
  • 20 Flutters
  • Run 1 mile

Strength Training: 

  • Bench Press = 6 x 2

  • Floor Press = 4 x 5

  • Lat Pulldowns = 3 x 12

  • Triceps Rope Pull Downs = 3 x rep (Use weight you could do for 20+)
