Warm Up (Complete):

  • Foam Roll (5-10 Min)

Then...

  • 200m Jog

Then...

Down & Back:

  • High Knees
  • Butt Kicks
  • Lateral Shuffle
  • Kick Out
  • Mule Kick

Skill (5-10 Min):

Go through each move and do some warm up sets to make sure that you are properly warmed up.

Performance Met-Con (Tabata):

"Tabata Barbell"

  • Deadlift (185/135/95/65)
  • Hang Power Clean (135/95/65/35)
  • Front Squat (95/65/35)
  • Push Press (65/35)
    * Do 4 rounds of each move before moving on *
    * Rest 30 sec between moves *
    * Post total reps to board *

Fitness Met-Con (Tabata):

  • KB Deadlift
  • KB Swing OR KB High Pull
  • KB Goblet Squat
  • KB OR DB Push Press
    * For High Pulls, start in High Hang position *
    * Do 4 rounds of each move before moving to next *

Mobility (NFT):

  • Banded Hip Distraction
  • Lateral Hip Opener
  • Front Fold
  • Banded Shoulder Distractions
  • Internal Shoulder Flexion
  • Smash Shoulders w/ Ball
  • Foam Roll
