Skill (5-10 Minutes):

Kipping Practice.  If you don't know how to KIP, work on that.  If you do, get better at your moves.

Met-Con (Tabata):

8 Rounds Each Set of Moves:

  • Sit Up/Russian Twist
  • Step Up/Bench Dip
  • Superman/Plank Shoulder Tap
  • Lunge/Wall Sit

  • Cobra
  • Childs Pose
  • Pigeon Pose
  • Couch Stretch
  • Lizard Pose
  • Foam Roll
