Spend a few minutes working on your KB Clean & the Single Leg KB RDL.

Then...

3 Rounds (NFT):

  • 10 Single Leg KB RDL (5/5)
  • 12 Sumo Stance Banded Good Mornings
  • 10 KB Clean (5/5)

Strength (Every 2 Minutes for 10 Minutes):

  • Deadlift (3 Reps)
    * Use 85% of your 1RM *
    * Work up to your weight *

Met-Con (8 Minute AMRAP):

  • DB Push Press (30/20/10)
  • Front Rack Lunge
  • Renegade Row
    * 3 of each move then 6,9,12,15 etc *
    * Use the same DBs throughout workout *
    * Post score *

Mobility (NFT):

  • Hamstrings
  • Adductors/Groins
  • Banded Shoulder Distraction
  • Smash Lats
  • Foam Roll
