  • 5 Air Squat with Band Around Knees (Focus on driving knees out)
  • Paleo Chair (20 seconds)

Met-Con (4) 3 Minute Rounds):

  • 15 DB Thruster (20/10)
  • 15 Rope Slams
  • 15 KB Swings (35/25)
  • Max Jump Rope Until 3 Minutes is up
    * Alternate Rope Slam variations *
    * Rest 2 minutes between rounds *
