  • Row
  • Jump Rope
  • Med Ball Sit Up/Med Ball Russian Twist/Hollow Body Hold
  • Rest
    * Alternate Sit Up & Russian Twist *
    * Once you can no longer do Russian Twists, hold a Hollow Body Position *

  • Couch Stretch
  • Pigeon Pose
  • Childs Pose
  • Downward Dog
  • Lizard Pose
  • Foam Roll
