Today marks the start of the 21 Day Summer Shred Challenge!! Are you up for it??

Warm Up (NFT):

  • 400m Jog
  • Pigeon Pose (1 min per side)
  • Couch Stretch (1 min per side)
  • Foam Roll (As needed)

Then...

3 Rounds (NFT):

  • Banded Lateral Walk (Down & Back)
  • 3 Strict Pull Ups (4 sec Eccentric Phase)
  • 4x Agility Ladder (Any moves)

Strength (10RM):

  • Back Squat
    * In 6-7 sets, find a new 10RM *
    * Last week in 10 rep series *

Met-Con (4 Rounds For Time):

  • 12 DB Push Press
  • 12 Front Rack DB Lunges
  • 18 Renegade Rows (9/9)
    * 40/30/20/15/10 *
    * Use the same DBs throughout workout *

Mobility (NFT):

  • Couch Stretch
  • Pigeon Pose
  • Banded Shoulder Distraction
  • Lateral Hip Opener
  • Foam Roll
