Warm Up (NFT):

  • Knee Pull
  • Hip Pull
  • Quad Pull

Then...

2 Rounds (Down & Back):

  • High Knees
  • Butt Kicks
  • Lateral Shuffle
  • Lunges

Then...

Do One OR More of the Following:

  • Lizard Pose (30 seconds per leg)
  • Banded Hip Distraction
  • Spiderman Complex
    * Make sure you are ready for the squats *

Strength (3,3,3,3,3 OR 3RM):

  • Front Squat
    * Try adding 5# from last week *
    * If you want to, try finding a 3RM *

Met-Con (For Time):

1 Round:

  • 500m Row
  • 40 Air Squats
  • 30 Sit Ups
  • 20 Hand Release Push Ups
  • 10 Pull Ups

Rest 3 Minutes Then...

1 Round:

  • 250m Row
  • 20 Air Squats
  • 15 Sit Ups
  • 10 Hand Release Push Ups
  • 5 Pull Ups

  • Couch Stretch
  • Lizard Pose
