Then...

  • 10 V-Ups
  • 10 Hip Bridge + Hamstring Curls on Sliders
  • 2 Reverse Wall Walks + 10 second hold

Strength (3RM):

  • Push Press
    * Spend 10 minutes working up to a heavy set of 3 *

  • 10 DB Snatch (5/5)
  • Single Arm Farmers Carry (15 seconds/15 seconds)
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 400m Run OR Row
