"DB Snatch Work"

Warm Up (NFT):

  • Foam Roll


3 Rounds:

  • Row 100m
    * Every meter that you go over or under do that many burpees *
    * Then add a "0" to that number and hold that many seconds of a Pillar Plank (Elbows) *

Strength (EMOM For 12 Minutes):

  • Even:  10-12 Ring Push Ups OR Hand Release Push Ups
  • Odd:  5-10 Strict Chin Ups (Add Band OR Sub Barbell Pull Ups)

Skill (5-10 Minutes):

Spend some time working on your DB Snatch form and find the right weight for you.

Met-Con (Every 2 Minutes For 20 Minutes):

  • 5 Burpees
  • 10 DB Snatch (5/5)
  • 30 Double Unders (50 Single Unders)

Mobility (NFT):

  • Banded Shoulder Distraction
  • Pigeon Pose
  • Foam Roll (T-Spine)
