Warm Up (3 Rounds):

1 Minute Each Move:

  • Jump Rope
  • 5 Ninja Roll Up OR 20 Sit Up
  • 10 Therapy Squat

Skill (5-10 Minutes):

Spend the next few minutes working on your Back Squat form.  If there are any tight spots or issues, let your trainer know and they will help you out.

Met-Con (15-12-9-6-3):

  • Back Squat (135/95/65/45)
  • Ring Row
  • 200m Run

"Core Destroyer" (EMOM For 12 Min):

  • L-Sit (30 sec)
  • 15 Tuck Ups
  • KB Oblique Side Bends (10/10)
    * Go heavy on Side Bends *

Mobility (NFT):

  • Dragon Pose
  • Lizard Pose
  • Pigeon Pose
  • Frog Pose
  • Couch Stretch
  • Cobra
  • Childs Pose
  • Foam Roll
