Warm Up (Demon Dice):

Roll 4 dice to determine the amount of reps:
6 Total Rolls:

  • 1st Roll: Calorie Row
  • 2nd Roll:  Burpees
  • 3rd Roll:  Multiply by 10, Jump Rope
  • 4th Roll:  Calorie Row
  • 5th Roll:  Burpees
  • 6th Roll:  Multiply by 10, Jump Rope

Then...

3 Rounds Not For Time:

  • 15 Band Pull Aparts
  • 10 Romanian Deadlift with BB
  • 10 Bent Over Row with BB

Strength (Every 2 minutes for 10 Min):

  • Deadlift (3 Reps)
    * Deadlift is at 85-90% of 1RM *
    * Work up to a heavy set of 3 if you don't know your 1RM *
    * Taking an extra minute between sets today *

Met-Con (5 Rounds):

  • 10 KB Swing (70/53/35)
  • 5 Box Jump (30/24/20)
    * Between each set, 20 Rope Slams *
