Warm Up (NFT):

  • 250m Row

Then...

EMOM For 9 Min:

  • 1) 15 Air Squats
  • 2) 20 Russian Twists (20#/14# Med Balls)(Over & Back is 1)
  • 3) 30 Double Unders (60 Regular Jump Rope

Skill (NFT):

Go through the moves and see if there are any that give you problems.  Spend a few minutes before you start the workout getting better at those moves.

Met-Con (For Time):

With a partner, one partner works at a time until 60 reps of each move are completed:

  • DB Step Ups (25/15)
  • Pull Ups (Jump of KIP)
  • KB Swing (53/35)
  • DB Lunge (25/15)
  • Knee 2 Elbow
  • Push Press (65/45)
  • Hip Bridge
  • Wall Ball (20/14)
  • Burpee
  • Double Under (200 Regular Jump Rope)
    * Don't have a partner?  Do 30 reps of each move *

Mobility (NFT):

  • Foam Roll
  • Bottom of Squat Hold
  • Runners Lunge
