  • 10 Bodyweight Step Up
  • 50 Jump Rope
  • Paleo Chair (30 sec)

Strength (4 Rounds):

  • 10 BB Step Ups (5/5)
  • 5 Vertical Jumps
  • 40 sec Pillar Plank (On Elbows)
    * Work up in weight on each set of step ups *
    * Touch as high as you can on the rack for the vertical jumps *
    * Hands are flat on the ground for the plank *

Met-Con (5 Rounds):

  • 15 KB Swing (53/35)
  • Overhead Plate Carry (Down & Back)(45/25)
  • 10 Med Ball Sit Ups
  • 5 In N Outs
    * Keep arms locked out overhead for plate carry *
