Warm Up (2 Rounds):

  • 50 Jump Rope
  • 40 Standing K2E
  • 30 Jumping Jack
  • 20 Butt Kicks
  • 10 Sec. Bottom of Squat Hold

Skill (5 Min.)

  • Air Squat
    * Spend some time making sure your air squat form is good *

Met-Con (Complete Every 70 sec. For 10 Rounds):

  • 5 Pull Ups
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 15 Air Squats
    * Each week you will be losing 10 seconds to get the rounds done until moves can be done in under a minute *
    * Use a bar on the rack for BW Rows and Push Ups if needed *
    * Squat to a box if needed *
    * Focus on speed, but DO NOT sacrifice form *
    * If reps cannot be completed it turns into an AMRAP *
