Strength (4 x 12):

  • Bench Press
    * Rest 2 Min. Between Sets *
    * Try to add 5# from last week *

Met-Con (3 Rounds):

  • 50 Jump Rope
  • 20 Wall Ball
  • 10 SDLHP w/ KB
  • 10 Push Up
    * Rest 90 sec. between rounds *
    * Get through each round as fast as possible *
