Warm Up (NFT):
- Spiderman Complex
- Dead Bug (1 Min.)
- 100 Jump Rope
- 20 Hip Swings Each Side (Front 2 Back/Side 2 Side)
- Dead Hang from bar (10 sec.)
- Pigeon Pose (1 min. per side)
Strength (3 x 12):
- Step Ups (6/6)
* Add 5# from last week *
* 20 Band Pull Aparts between sets *
Met-Con (5 Rounds):
- Starting at a 100m distance, do 10 walking lunges.
- On the last lunge, sprint the remaining 100m.
- Once done with 100m, drop down and do 20 Plank Shoulder Taps.
- Sprint Back.
- That is one round.
