"Step Ups!!"

Part 2 of our running technique video interview with Eileen McAllister...Enjoy!

Warm Up (NFT):

  • Spiderman Complex
  • Dead Bug (1 Min.)
  • 100 Jump Rope
  • 20 Hip Swings Each Side (Front 2 Back/Side 2 Side)
  • Dead Hang from bar (10 sec.)
  • Pigeon Pose (1 min. per side)

Strength (3 x 12):

  • Step Ups (6/6)
    * Add 5# from last week *
    * 20 Band Pull Aparts between sets *

Met-Con (5 Rounds):

  • Starting at a 100m distance, do 10 walking lunges.
  • On the last lunge, sprint the remaining 100m.
  • Once done with 100m, drop down and do 20 Plank Shoulder Taps.
  • Sprint Back.
  • That is one round.
    * Rest about 1 minute between rounds *
