  • 30 Trunk Twist
  • 30 Hip Swings 15/15 (Front 2 Back/Side 2 Side)
  • 30 High Knee
  • 30 Butt Kick

Then...

  • 3 x 10 Good Mornings (Add Weight Each Set)

Strength (3RM):

  • Deadlift
    * Try to add 5# from last week *
    * Last week of the 3RM series *
    * Try to keep track of the number you hit *

Met-Con (12 Min Ladder):

  • 3 KB Swings
  • 3 Wall Ball
  • 6 KB Swings
  • 6 Wall Ball
    * Keep adding 3 reps until 12 Minutes is up *
