  • DB Bench Press (10-12 Reps)
  • 10 Chainsaw (10/10)

Met-Con (4 Rounds):

  • 15 KB Swings (Go Heavy)
  • 10 Push Ups

Oblique Circuit (2 Rounds Each Side):

Starting in a side plank

  • Knee to Elbow Touches (10 Reps)
  • Hip Dips (10 Reps)(Pause for a sec. at top)
