Warm Up:

  • 400m Run
  • Lateral Banded Walks (Down & Back) x 2
  • 100 Jump Rope
  • Pigeon Pose (1 Min. Each Leg)
  • Hamstring Smash (On Bar)
  • Banded Hamstring Stretch

Strength (10 x 3):

  • Deadlift
    *At 60% of 1RM*
    *Focus on Speed and Technique*

Met-Con (Complete for Time):

  • 100 DB Snatch
  • OTM Perform 5 Air Squat/5 Sit Up
    *Start the workout and on the top of every minute perform 5 Air Squat & 5 Sit Up*
