  • Spiderman Complex
  • Dead Bug (Hold as Long as Possible)
  • 50 Jump Rope
  • Bottom of Squat Hold ( 1 Min.)

Strength (3 x 10):

  • Back Squat
    * Add 5# from Last Week *
    * 2 Min. Break Between Sets *

Met-Con (4 Rounds):

40 Sec. of Work/20 Sec. Rest

  • 1) Row or SDLHP
  • 2) Single Arm DB Push Press (1st & 3rd Rounds, Right Arm/2nd & 4th Rounds, Left Arm)
