  • 6 Lunge w/ Lateral Flexion (3/3)
  • 15 Band Pull Aparts
  • 30 Sec. Handstand Hold or Elevated Plank

Strength (5RM)

  • Push Press
    *2 x 5 at 85% of 5RM*

Met-Con

First do 4 Rounds:

  • 10 Deadlift (BB or KB)
  • 5 Box Jump
    *Rest 90 Sec. Between Rounds*

Then do 3 Rounds:

  • 200m Run
  • Max Rep Push Up
