Strength (10-8-6):

  • Bench Press
    * Work up to a heavy set of 10 *
    * Add 5# and do 8 reps *
    * Add 5# and do 6 reps *

Met-Con (Ladder):

  • Ball Slam
  • Step Up w/ Ball
    * Start with 2 reps of each move *
    * Add 2 reps each time *
    * Do step ups with slam ball on shoulder *
    * 2,2/4,4/6,6/8,8 and so on until 20,20 or 15 Min. *
