Warm Up (Tabata):

8 Rounds of each move:

  • Jump Rope (20 sec.)
  • Rest (10 sec.)
  • Hollow Rocks (20 sec.)
  • Rest (10 sec.)

Met-Con (Partner Workout):

Each person much finish all reps before moving onto the next move:

  • 50 Ball Slams while your partner holds a Plank
  • 40 KB Swings while your partner holds a Wall Sit
  • 30 Wall Balls while your partner does a Farmers Carry
  • 20 Burpees while your partner Holds the Bottom of a Squat
  • 10 Atomic Sit Ups while your partner does a Dead Hang from the bar
