Warm Up (NFT):

Then...

EMOM for 8 Min, 30 sec. each move with a BB:

  • 1) Good Morning
  • 2) SDLHP from Shins
  • 3) Bradford Press
  • 4) Lateral Bar Hops

Strength (3 Rounds):

  • 3 Reverse Wall Walks or 30 sec. Inverted Plank
    * Rest 30 sec. between rounds *

Skill (NFT):

Spend a few minutes working on your DB snatch form and find a good weight.

Met-Con (4 Rounds):

1 Minute at each station for max reps:

  • 1) DB Snatch (Switch arms each rep)
  • 2) Hand Release Push Ups
  • 3) Step Up with DB (24"/20")
  • 4) Plate Push (One Way)
    * 30 sec. rest between rounds *
    * Score is total reps *
