Then...

3 Rounds:

  • 12 Bradford Press
  • 15 Band Pull Aparts
    * Use bar, technique bar, or PVC for Bradford Press *

Strength (4 Rounds):

  • 8-10 DB Bench Press
  • 8-10 DB or KB Chainsaw (8-10/8-10)
  • Banded Lateral Walk D & B (In Between Sets)
    * Add reps or tempo to press for a challenge *

Met-Con (3 Rounds):

  • 20 Russian KB Swing (70/53/35)
  • 15 Push Press (95/65/45/25)
  • 400m Row
    * Can sub DBs on push press *
    * 2 minute rest between rounds *

Mobility (NFT):

  • Banded Shoulder Distraction (2 Min Per Side)
  • Smash shoulders with a softball or lacrosse ball
