  • Barbell Step Ups
    * Barbell goes on back *
    * Sub DBs if needed *

Then...

Strict Chin Ups (3 x 5)

Met-Con (200 Reps):

Accumulate 200 reps using the following three moves:

  • Wall Ball
  • Burpee
  • K2E
    * Can be broken up into any amount of any move *
    * If knees don't touch the elbows, use a different ab move *
    * Workout is for time *
