The workout for Columbus Day will be on Monday between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. with a 7 p.m. bootcamp for both gyms

Warm Up (3 Rounds):

  • 50 Jump Rope
  • Plank (40 sec.)
  • Bottom of Squat Hold (30 sec.)
  • L-Sit (20 sec.)
  • 10 Hollow Rocks

Strength (3 x 10):

  • KB Deadlift
    * Focus on speed and form *

Met-Con (12 Min. AMRAP):

3,6,9,12, and so on until time is up

  • Ball Slam
  • Jump Pull Up
