Warm Up (Tabata):

4 Rounds:

  • High Knee (20 Sec.)
  • Forward Arm Circles (10 Sec.)
  • Butt Kicks (20 Sec.)
  • Backward Arm Circles (10 Sec.)

Then...

3 Rounds:

  • 10 Press w/ PVC
  • 10 Pass Thrus
  • 10 Truck Twist

Strength (3 x 5):

  • Bench Press
    * Last week of the 3 x 5 series *
    * Add weight if possible or stay the same weight from last week *
    * Max reps on last set *

Met-Con (Tabata):

  • Air Squat
  • Push Up
  • Sit Up
  • Lunge
    * Switch moves after each 20 sec. interval until 8 rounds of each move is completed *
    * Total workout is 16 Min. *
    * Squat to box if needed *

Mobility (NFT):

1 Minute Each Side:

  • Couch Stretch
  • Chest Opener
  • Banded Shoulder Distraction

Then...

  • Foam Roll (Hot Spots)
