  • Plank (45 Sec.)
  • 400m Run

Then...

3 Rounds

  • 5 Pull Ups
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 15 Air Squats
    * Focus on form *
    * Squat to a box if necessary *

Then...

  • 400m Row

Met-Con (3 5 Min. AMRAPS):

  • 2 DB Front Squat (40#/30#/15#)
  • 2 DB Bent Over Row
  • 2 Burpee
    * Continue with 4 reps of all moves, then 6 moves, and so on until 5 minutes is up *
    * Start back at 2 reps for 2nd and 3rd AMRAP *
    * Use same DBs throughout workout *
    * 2 minute break between AMRAPs *
