  • Air Squat (20 Sec.)
  • Bottom of Squat Hold (10 Sec.)

Reverse Half Tabata (4 Rounds):

  • L-Hang or L-Sit (10 Sec.)
  • Rest (20 Sec.)

Tabata (8 Rounds):

  • Row (20 Sec.)
  • Rest (10 Sec.)

Strength (3 x 10):

  • BB Weighted Step Ups (5/5)
    * Warm up with an empty bar *
    * Add weight each set *
    * Try to add 5# from last week *

Met-Con (OTM for 10 Min):

Even Minutes:

  • 20 Lunges (Add a plate hold overhead for more of a challenge)

Odd Minutes:

  • 20 Russian Twists (Add a weight for more of a challenge)
    * Over & back is one *
