"Time for some Bench Press"

Warm Up (2 Rounds):

  • Max Distance Inch Worm (1 Minute)
  • Lateral Leg Raise (30 Reps Each Side)
  • 20 Plank Shoulder Taps
  • 10 Hip Opener Toe Taps

Strength (3 x 5):

  • Bench Press
    * Last set do max reps *

Met-Con (5 Rounds):

  • 12 KB Swing
  • 9 Up Downs
  • 200m Run
    * Rest 1 Minute Between Rounds *
