Open Today:  10:00 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 7 p.m. bootcamp

Warm Up (3 Rounds):

  • 50 Jump Rope
  • 20 Hip Swings (Front 2 Back/Side 2 Side)
  • 20 Arm Circles (Forward & Backward)

Then...

  • 1 Minute Plank (30 sec. on elbows/30 sec. in push up position)

Buy In (AFAP):

  • 10 Burpees

Met-Con (2 Rounds):

  • 400m Farmer's Carry
    * At Each Cone Stop and Perform 24 Reps (12/12) of Each Move *

     
  • DB Snatch
  • Goblet Squat
  • Single Arm Push Press
  • Lunge
