5 Rounds: 20 seconds each move

1) Spiderman

2) Pillar Plank w/Hip Raise

3) Right Side Elbow Touch

4) Left Side Elbow Touch

5) Superman

* 30 Seconds Rest Between Rounds

Trail Mix

A handful of each in a ziplock bag
-Almonds
-Walnuts
-Pecans
-Raisins (no added sugar, only ingredient should be raisins)
-dried cranberries ( these are harder to find with no sugar added so usually stock up when I can get to a health food store)
Then add 1 tbsp of PB2 and shake up!
