21 Day Summer Shred Ab Challenge; Day 16

Tabata Tuesday: 20 seconds on 10 seconds of rest

4 Rounds: 

1) Mountain Climbers

2) Inch Worms

3) Spiderman

4) Knee Drive

30 Seconds Rest Between Rounds

  Flatbread Pizza    Ezekial tortilla shell or Joseph’s Flatbread  Place tortilla shell/flatbread in oven for about 5 minutes on 350 degrees  Remove from oven and spread 2 tablespoons of hummus on top (any flavor you would like)  Add ½ cup of black beans, and chopped onion, green pepper, mushrooms, and tomatoes  Optional:  add a small amount of shredded cheese  Return to oven for 5-10 more minutes, until crust is slightly crispy  -you can also add chicken instead of beans and any vegetables you would like, or use eggs etc. and make it into a breakfast pizza!
