21 Day Summer Shred Ab Challenge; Day 15
3 Rounds Each Side: 15 reps each movement
1) Side Toe Touch
2) Knee To Elbow
3) Side Plank 30 seconds
4) Side Dip
5) Lateral Leg Lift
*30 Seconds rest between rounds
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup old-fashion oatmeal
2/3 cup grated zucchini or carrots
1 teaspoon baking powder
2/3 old fashioned oats
-Combine all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Cook mixture in waffle iron as directed. Top with honey, peanut butter, or fresh fruit and enjoy!
-I like to make a triple batch of these at a time and freeze them for a quick breakfast later that can be popped in the toaster!
