21 Day Summer Shred Ab Challenge; Day 12

5 Rounds: 10 Reps Each Move

1) In and Out

2) Right Side In and Out

3) Left Side In and Out

4 Cross Body Toe Touch

5) Bicycle

30 Seconds Rest

 

Banana Ice Cream

1 frozen banana

2 tbsp peanut butter (no sugar added)

1 square of 100% caocao (baking aisle at wal mart)

Approximately ½ cup unsweetened original almond milk

Add all ingredients to blender.  Add milk a little at a time until desired consistency is reached.  You will never need regular ice cream again ;)
