Fruit Pie

Crust:

1 cup unsalted cashews

12 dates

- Crust:  Put ingredients into food processor and chop well.  The final product should be sticky.  Press into a pie pan to form crust.

Filling:

1 cup plain greek yogurt

½ cup natural peanut butter

- Filling:  Stir ingredients together and place on top of crust.

Topping:

Any chopped up fruit you like!

-Finally, add your toppings and chill in refrigerator!
