21 Day Summer Shred Ab Challenge; Day 11

20 Seconds Each move: 5 Rounds

1) Plank Shoulder Tap

2) Right Side Plank Dip

3) Left Side Plank Dip

4) Traveling Plank

5) Right Side Reach Through

Muffins (about 24 muffins) (video)  (edited) (Uploaded) 

4 extra ripe bananas
4 cups grated zucchini (about 2 whole zucchinis, I chop them in food processor)
6 eggs
1 cup unsweetened original almond milk
¼ cup honey
3-1/2 cups rolled oats
3 scoops protein powder
1 Tbs cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda

-Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Combine all dry ingredients in food processor then place in large bowl.  Combine all wet ingredients in food processor.  Finally, stir all ingredients together in large bowl.  Place mixture into muffin pans and bake for 25 minutes.  

Optional: top with peanut butter or honey, or enjoy plain!
