5 Rounds: 30 Seconds Each Move
1) Knee to Elbow
2) Oblique Knee To Elbow
3) Front Kick
4) Side Kick (Switch Legs At 15 Seconds)
5) Front Leg Lift (Switch Legs At 15 Seconds)
6) Side Leg Lift (Switch Legs At 15 Seconds)
Creamy Avocado Pasta
3 soft avocados
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1-2 garlic cloves
½-1 tsp cayenne pepper (depending on how spicy you like it!)
Juice from ½ a lime
Combine all ingredients with a food processor or blender. Heat in sauce pan on stove until warm.
-Cook Explore Asian fettuccini noodles as directed. Add vegetables, such as broccoli, spinach, mushrooms, and/or asparagus to pot of boiling noodles for the last few minutes.
Top a serving of noodles and vegetable mixture with desired amount of sauce and enjoy!
