"Summer Shred Ab Challenge; Day 1"

Homemade Cereal

1 Serving of cereal (no sugars added; exp.-plain shredded what)

½ cup fresh berries sliced

½ banana sliced

1 small handful pecans/walnuts

1 cup of unsweetened original almond milk

-Mix first 4 ingredients in bowl, pour almond milk on top and enjoy!
