21 Day Summer Shred Ab Challenge; Day 9

Tabata: 16 rounds:  20 sec of work; 10 sec of rest

1)  In and Outs

2) Reverse Planks

3) Windmills

4) Reverse Crunch

Apple Cranberry Salad

8 cups of spinach

2 apples, chopped into cubes (color or your choice)

½ cup of dried cranberries

1 cup diced celery

1 cup walnuts

Dressing:

¼ cup apple cider vinegar

¼ cup olive oil

2 tbsp honey

2 tbsp mustard

-Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl.  Mix dressing ingredients together with a hand mixer or food processor.  Place dressing on salad immediately before enjoying!
