21 Day Summer Shred Ab Challenge; Day 8

5 Rounds: 10 reps Each Move

1) 10 Sit Ups

2) 10 Crunches

3) 10 Straight Leg Sit Ups

4) 10 Leg Raise

5) 10 Russian Twist

*1 Minute Rest Between Rounds

Protein Pancakes

2 eggs

1 banana

1 scoop of protein powder

Frozen blueberries (optional)

-Combine all ingredients (except blueberries) in a food processor and blend until smooth.  Stir in blueberries.  Cook batter on the stove top just as you would regular pancakes!  This is one serving, makes 3-4 pancakes.
