21 Day Summer Shred Ab Challenge; Day 2

Tabata Tuesday

20 seconds of work/ 10 seconds of rest.  16 rounds: 8 minutes total

1) Leg Climb Right

2) Scissors

3) Leg Climb Left

4) Bicycle



2 Ezekial Brand tortillas (can be bought at health food stores, including Nature Kist in Jerseyville or Schnucks)

2 tbsp hummus

1 cup of veggies of your choice (exp. Mushrooms, spinach, onions, peppers, etc.)

½ cup black beans or cooked chicken

Fresh Salsa, ½ avocado, and plain greek yogurt (to act as sour cream!) for the side

-Spread hummus on one tortilla, top with veggies and black beans/chicken, top with other tortilla and cook in a skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side or until slightly crispy.  Cut into triangles with a pizza cutter, top with salsa, avocado, and plain greek yogurt.
