21 Day Summer Shred Ab Challenge; Day 10

5 Rounds:

10 Cross punch (each side)

3 Burpees

10 Uppercut (each side)

3 Burpees

10 Hook Punch (each side)

3 Burpees 

Power Bowls

Combine the following:

4 cup cooked quinoa

1 small sweet potato

½ cup canned black beans, rinsed

1 cup greens (spinach, kale, collard greens, beet greens, etc.)

1 cup roasted veggies (broccoli, asparagus, green beans, peppers, etc.)

1 tbsp of chia seeds

Optional: Top with salsa for added flavor

Food prep ahead of time by cooking large portions of quinoa as directed, sweet potatoes in a crock pot, and roasted veggies in the oven for the week ahead.  This is a great power packed meal that can be thrown together any night of the week!
