21 Day Summer Shred Ab Challenge; Day 5

Smoothie

½ frozen banana

1 cup frozen berries

2 cups greens, fresh or frozen (spinach, kale, etc.)

1 tbsp flax seeds (baking aisle at wal mart)

1 tsp apple cider vinegar (Good for metabolism; condiment aisle in wal mart)

1 “pinky” of ginger root (Great for reducing inflammation!; produce section at wal mart)

1 scoop of protein powder (I use About Time Vegan chocolate protein, sold at The Crunch)

1 cup unsweetened original almond milk

-Combine greens and almond milk in blender and blend well.  Add all other ingredients and finish blending until desired consistency.
