1) Pillar Plank

2) Right Side Plank

3) Left Side Plank

4) Traveling Plank

5) Inch Worm

1 Minute Rest Between Rounds

Energy Balls

Ingredients

1 Cup old fashioned oats

1/2 cup of natural nut butter (almond butter, peanut butter etc.)

1/2 cup of flax seed

1/3 cup of honey or raw maple syrup

1 tsp. of vanilla extract

Optional

1/3 cup of coconut flakes

1/3 cup Dark chocolate chips or cocao nibs

Instructions

Stir all ingredients together and roll into bite sized balls.  Set and store in the refrigerator
