Everyone wants to get better, plain and simple. There aren’t any magic formulas, get rich quick schemes, or miracle secrets. It takes hard work. It takes long hours. And it takes a mindset that will keep you going no matter what obstacle gets in your way.
In every aspect of your life, there are a few key steps to make that will help you see constant improvement.
Keep It Simple, Stupid.
This one may sound backwards; but in many areas of your life, especially in the gym, the simplest of things will reap the most rewards. You don’t need any fancy equipment. A barbell, some plates, and your body are all you need to see massive results!!
This one is pretty straight forward. Do the right things, as much as humanly possible. If you eat those Big Macs regularly, you will regularly see bad results.
- Get a planner, set appointments to go to the gym, and stick to them.
- Cook your meals in advance, so you always have something healthy on hand, ready to eat.
- Set a timer on your phone to remind yourself to drink some water.
Remember, fitness is a marathon game, not a sprint. Slow, continuous improvements are the key here.
