Are you ready for Crunchfest 2019?!  This year’s event will be our best yet!  From the Kids Ninja Warrior course, to the 5k and the Main Event, there is something for everyone!    Everyone who participates will get a ballin’ Crunchfest 2019 t-shirt and a light breakfast.  Can’t wait to see you there!

5k Event- 7:30 a.m.

Crunch Kids Ninja Warrior- 8:00 a.m.

Main Event Workout- 9:00 a.m.
